Situated in an idyllic location between fields and the sea, The Beach House was designed by John Winter, whose modernist architecture is much celebrated. Inspired by Charles’ Eames West Coast Cabin, the house is built from renewable timber, steel and aluminium. The interior features his signature dramatic counter which stretches under the windows running along the entire length of the building. The focal point of the living space is an inviting sunken-seating area built around a wood burning stove.
